Jerry Price, broker/owner of Homestead Realty,
has 18 years of real estate experience in the Iowa Falls
area. He is a lifelong resident of Iowa Falls.
Jerry is active in the American Legion, Ducks Unlimited,
Pheasants Forever, Iowa River Sportsman's Club, and the
Iowa Falls Chamber/Main Street.

Penny Price, sales agent, has been in the real
estate business since 1991 and her specialty is residential
and acreages. She previously owned her own business for
12 years.

Jason Jedele, sales agent, has been involved
in the real estate business since 1994. He attended Ellsworth
College until 1996 and graduated from Buena Vista University
in 1998 with a degree in business management. He specializes
